In the tradition of the Sloan boys and Callum Ferguson, Jenna McCormick has again shown the city folk a thing or two about the quality of player that Blue Lake can produce.

After an eventful season its now time to unwind. 2011's Presentation night will take place for BOTH juniors and seniors at the International on October the 8th, so make sure you keep it free. It will be a great night of fun and frivolity. This will be the time to see who takes out Best and fairest in all grades, coaches’ awards, club person of the year, and team of the year. Not to mention the coveted seniors award TOOL OF THE YEAR!
Go with a formal theme for the evening and things will kick...

The Young Rangers are in the semi's after a thrilling win against a Sharks side that fought right to the end. The game came down to penalties and any player who has ever had to take a penalty will tell you that the nerves that are literally trying to burst out from your stomach. This is nothing compared to a penalty shoot out to decide which team progresses to the next stage. The Young Rangers held their nerve and as a result are through to the next stage.

The Blue Lake Soccer Club would like to say a very BIG BIG thank you for the volunteers who worked in our canteen last Sunday for the qualifying finals at Malseed park.
A lot of people worked a lot longer than what they originally said they could and we want you too know that we appreciate it. If it wasn't for people like you running this great club would be a lot harder.
